Built for our daughter — and now, for your family.

When my wife and I were living in Texas, nearly all of our family was back in Nebraska and scattered across other states. We wanted to share our baby’s story and journey with everyone at once — but the tools built for that were the ones we trusted least. On the big social networks, strangers could interact with photos of our child, the privacy and safety controls were never enough, and the features families actually need simply weren’t there.

That mattered to us more than it might to some. We spent almost ten years trying to conceive, and ultimately walked the long road of IVF — a decade of ups and downs, of hope and heartbreak. When our daughter Brinley finally arrived, we wanted to share that beautiful outcome with the people we love, in a place that felt as protected and precious as she is.

So I set out to build our own world for her — a private universe where her story could live safely, shared only with the family we invited. The more I built, the more I realized we weren’t the only ones who needed this. Other families were searching for the same thing we couldn’t find. And so LifeMantle was born.
